DEPOSIT TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• The following Terms and Conditions represent the one and only contract between the deposit’s recipient and Biometrica Srl.

• The purchaser agrees to purchase the SWEMAX following the below statedterms and condition, and Biometrica Srl agrees to comply with its obligations, as stated on https://www.indiegogo.com/about/terms .

• The purchaser must be aged 18 years or over.

•   For any     information about the Indiegogo’s crowdfunding campaign of the SWEMAX, write a mail to info@swemax.com. As soon as the Indiegogo’s crowdfunding campaign of the SWEMAX start date is  set, it is possible to start purchasing.

•  The Indiegogo’s crowdfunding campaign for the SWEMAX is fully handled by Indiegogo Inc. and no warranties is given about it by Biometrica Srl, both in terms of its activation, both in terms of its duration and/or early termination: https://www.indiegogo.com/about/terms.

• After the termination of the Indiegogo’s crowdfunding campaign for the SWEMAX (which must be considerate under condition of Indiegogo’s free from constraints choice and no warranties is given about it by Biometrica Srl), Biometrica will fulfil the orders.

• The contract with Biometrica Srl and these Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Italy and any dispute arising out of or in connection with this contract and these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Italian Courts.
